Competition terms and conditions

- Entry is open to all registered members of ImWorseOffThanYou.com except
the owners and employees of ImWorseOffThanYou.com and their immediate families.
- To enter simply make a posting to any of our forums. Forums may be moderated
and the owners reserve the right not to publish any submissions deemed to
be unsuitable for any reason.
- All postings on Forum.ImWorseOffThanYou.com will be regarded as entries
for the prize draw, unless either posted by ineligible persons or the promoters
are informed by email to OptOut@ImWorseOffThanYou.com.
Copyright on postings to forum.ImWorseOffThanYou.com remains with the poster
but the submission of a posting is subject to the general
terms and conditions of ImWorseOffThanYou.com.
- Multiple entries are permitted.
- Entries in any language are permitted but for judging purposes may be
machine translated.
- For the duration of the competition there will be a monthly prize given
to the published posting that the competition judges decide is the best.
- The competition will run from 00:01 GMT
on the first day to 23:59 GMT
on the last day of each calendar month. Winners will be chosen by judges
Dave and Pete the owners of Imworseoffthanyou.com.
- The monthly prize is: £20 worth of Amazon Gift Certificates.
- The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal
value if, due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, the stated
prize are no longer available. Otherwise no cash or other alternatives to
the prize are available.
- The Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
The registered user Id of the winner will be published on the “ImWorseOffThanYou.com”
web site. The prize will be dispatched electronically within 14 days of
the closing date.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, delayed or lost
postings as a result of technical or other failures.
- The Promoter does not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury
arising from this promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right in their absolute discretion to cancel
the competiton without prior notice.

of the judges, no prizeworthy posting has been made.
